That is a general information, but when I saw the picture closely I think they are termites, but can't see the termite nest here so I am not sure

Ant fly is a stage in the life cycle of ants and termites and you could find more information about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuptial_flight. I hope it will help.
