It looks like you have two different species of spider here. The firs two images are of a female Spined Micrathena, Micrathena gracilis. The spider in picture three is an Arrowhead Spider, Verrucosa arenata. http://bugguide.net/node/view/2035 That third spider should be made into her own spotting. :-) Great finds!
