Field Notes

Description:

White capped mushroom growing out of the top of an oak knot. May possibly share a root. Couldn't tell if the black mushrooms along side it were diff species or aged and dead mushrooms of the same strand.

Habitat:

West central georgia

Notes:

Don't want to eat it, just want to ID it.
