Wildlife Spotting

I'm sorry. i thought you wanted to keep it. I was confused. Wither it is a musk or a mud, they are both water turtles and you just need to find a kind of big pond to live in. Sorry I got all confused.

LOL I'm Silly. So let me start over. If it has 3 strips it is a 3 stripped mud. This is a great place to check out if you are going to keep it. There are some important things you have to have. A UVB light, good feed (I would use Zoomed growth, one of the very best) and 10 gals of water for every inch of shell. When you measure it lay a ruler on the table and place it right on it and measure just the shell. That will give you the right length. I will post a picture of my tank on my spotting to give you an idea of what a good set up is. Mind you my tank is to small for my turtles. Is the shell smooth? It didn't look like it. Smooth would be a stink pot musk or the common musk.

It is a musk, your right. I can't tell from the pictures, does it have 3 yellow strips on its back?
