I have doubled your suggestion for the Royal Tern ursulav. I also think the other one is a Sandwich Tern, I just don't see the yellow tip to the bill but it does seem to have a paler tip and the pose is right.
Gotta agree with Malcolm--definitely looking like a Royal on the left. The other looks a bit like a Sandwich Turn, but I'm less sure on that one.
These are not Gulls, they are both Terns, I will check them later for ID. The one on the left looks like a Royal Tern.
