Hey folks I have gotten a suggestion of Omphalotis olearius. I have taken a look and the shape just seems all wrong. Can anyone help.
Omphalotis olearius, jack-o-lantern mushrooms maybe? I'm very VERY new to fungi but I would look into those? They grow at the base of hardwood trees like oaks and if they are fresh they can glow in the dark. These are not edible but are sometimes confused with chanterelles which are.
Does anyone have any ideas on what these are?
