http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/12965841 I finally saw one!
They dont use it for ropes, there many cattle spread by the park, bovine and caprine, they feed on all kind of grasses,i saw several grasshoppers in the local,i'll load them latter,i have to edit the photos,we take hundreds :) the most common was a grey grasshopper(outside) and blue inside teh wings, those i saw them matting, there where also several difente butterflyies,in next days i'll load them all and them maybee you can figure it out,and thanks again for your concern Emma
Do they use this grass for making ropes? if it is that resistant?also what kind of mammals, reptiles and insects are out here? any locusta, grasshoppers? The best place to find grasshoppers would be near a creek with water. usually they like to warm up in the sun. So maybe at noon probably?
i agreed with you Emma :) this grass is very resistent and common and has a beautiful golden colour
