Notes:

I don't know if this is some fungus or some kind of bug. It looked like a speck of lint on the flower stem but then it slowly was moving down the stem. The wind was blowing hard so it was difficult to get a clear shot, sorry. It almost looks like some kind of textured silk. Would love to know what it is.
