Habitat:

Reeds by a lake.

Notes:

To me this looks like an Oriental Reed-Warbler but we aren't supposed to have them down our way. It's definitely got a longer/heavier bill than the Clamorous (which I also saw today) and it was also slightly larger in size. I would love to know what this is!

Thanks Tiz. The Australian Reed-Warbler is also known as the Clamorous Reed-Warbler (which is the most probable answer). I just thought it looked a bit bigger with a heavier bill than that. But maybe it was just the angle.
