All species of hummingbird in your area have white behind the eye. If made a call on this bird, it would be female Calliope Hummingbird (Selasphorus calliope) based on the clean throat and short bill. I wouldn't say color is reliable from this photo, but the color also resembles Calliope more than Broad-tailed.
I think the white behind the eye is more suggestive of broad-tailed. You could safely change your "Unknown" in the Common name field to Hummingbird.
Isn't that shimming bird?
