Description:

This slug was mottled brown in colour. It was approximately 10cm in length (4 inches) and very slimy.

Habitat:

This slug was found on a tree stump on a wooded island in Howe Sound, BC, Canada.

Notes:

Possibly the Pacific Banana Slug (Ariolimax columbianus).
