Description:

Small, black and white bee with dark wings. I thought this one was dead on the flower but crawled away after my third pic so I guess it was sleeping :)

Habitat:

Dandelion flower in grassy area along trail at Kit Carson Park.

Notes:

Sweat Bee (Halictus farinosus)?

LOL, yes that's true. I've seen bees "rain" down from tall trees with flowers.
