@ Ashik: Personally I'll go with Xylocopa sp., but not further. Remember, I'm just an amateur and this is an opinion.
Giant Indian Carpenter Bee Xylocopa aestuans is sub specie of Xylocopa violacea.

I agree with Harsha on the Carpenter bee part, but not the species. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xylocopa_violacea This spotting has white/bluish spotted eyes whereas the suggested species has dark eyes.
Ashik, you need to put up photos where the complete insect can be seen as well, otherwise no ID can be made.
