Thanks Max! I can't take additional pictures unfortunately. I took these photos on a hike over a year ago. They were very low to the ground and nestled up against a rotting stump. I looked at the link you provided and I'm not sure it is a correct ID but I don't have any other ideas so thank you for your help!
