I am pretty sure it is a Gasteracantha sp., and might be a color variation of Gasteracantha hasseltii, assuming all the ID's are correct. If you google the name you will not find much or any with such a red base of the main spines as in yours, but I did not find any other similar looking spider as well, so I am still not 100% sure if it really is Gasteracantha hasseltii. Please, verify yourself!
