Description:
Small insect less than one centimeter long, with bright reddish orange markings on a bright green background color. It was fairly still and didn't move around often or very fast.
Habitat:
Found on a clematis plant in a residential area with lots of hardwood trees, garden plants, lawns, and shrubbery. Also near a birdbath.
