Thanks Umberto! That clarifies it. We were puzzled and thought this might be a new Galapagos invasive, - of which there are already too many. Could you take the spotting off the Galapagos Biodiversity Mission? Thanks in advance. I hope you find an ID for this nice plant. I’ll let you know in case I hear anything.
