Wildlife Spotting

The photo features the spider resting during the day in a little "bed" made of the dead flies it has caught.

The web (shown in the linked video) is typical of orbweavers, however this one has an extension that is linked to other spots around it and is where it rests during the day.

The photo shown is 3 weeks old while the video was taken today. The video contains it feeding on a crane fly and by this point, the spider is considerably larger. Its "bed" is also shown briefly and in less detail but it has also become a funnel to accomodate its larger size.
