Some sort of Cormorant...not sure what species. suggestions?

Habitat:

magdalena river and near by bodies of water.

Notes:

This photo was taken in an area that has been destroyed by the Quimbo Dam currently under construction. Esta foto fue tomado en una zona que ya ha sido destruido por la Represa del Quimbo actualmente bajo construcción
