Carabus sp.

Blauvioletter Waldlaufkäfer

Carabus problematicus

identificatio problematica est... ;-)
I would say it is the carabus problematicus, i have some other pics with the carabus sp.
Looking at both species: There are almost identical, there are some with blue and violet, some with or without this special body texture and this in both species! That's why I didn't delete my Carabus sp. ;-)... I am really not sure, the only thing I am sure: It is a Carabus and it is not Convexus. If it is not easy to separate these 2, I am wondering about the trustworthiness of all the IDs on the net!
Or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carabus_violaceus ?
Didn't find a common English name.
Carabus sp., but the rest is tricky. Is it really Carabus convexus?? Or Carabus problematicus. I tend to Problematicus: http://www.koleopterologie.de/gallery/FHL02C/carabus-problematicus-foto-faasen.html
