Description:
Unknown large caterpillar discovered in the pasture (high grass) after a January thaw of the winter snow. It has abdominal segments, no body hair and small stripes or slashes along the upper body.
Notes:
Unbelievable that such a tender skinned caterpillar could survive under the ice and snow.
