Wildlife Spotting

I found this plant in the middle of the rainforest. This plant is located in more than one spot in the rainforest. It is relatively small, like it could fit in your palm. It was in the middle of the plant, like a leaf that is smaller than the rest of the leaves. Also this plant was sticking straight up out of the plant. It wasn't in direct sunlight but it was in the sun.
