This flower has a short lifetime it's about 5-7 days it transforms to that white flower that you blow away it's leaves

Though I can't see its leaves or stem, I'm assuming you've ruled out this being a dandelion. This one reminds me of what we call here hawkweed (Hieracium), a close relative of the dandelion with its famous seed head you can blow away. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hieracium
Looks like it belongs to Asteraceae Family. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asteraceae
