Hi sunnyjosef, this looks like a Thread-legged Bug, Subfamily Emesinae. They are a type of Assassin Bug. They prey on other insects and spiders. The front legs are modified to grab and hold prey, similar to a Manditd. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emesinae
