Thanks for the info. You're right, it is hard to narrow it down!
That's a species of Ludwigia, or primrose-willow. About a dozen species grow in Florida, so it might be a little hard to narrow it down to species level. http://plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=LUDWI. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludwigia.
