I'd be inclined to think that it is a Hypholoma (formerly called a Naematoloma). They vary, like most mushrooms do, but grow on wood and in clumps like this, and have this color of gills. Check out the various mushroom ID sites and see what you think; the Pacific Northwest Key Council is helpful.
Better do a spore print of this one to know for sure. Also, was it growing on dirt or on wood?
