Green Nature
It's a nice picture and because of the spots that are showing on the side of the yellow wings, I'd say the first place to start for identification is the Oakworm Moth. It is a very common moth throughout the Southeast. The problem with exact identification is that only the side veiw is present. A top down view of the wings might produce a wing pattern that is different than the Oakworm Moth. http://greennature.com/article138.html
