Wildlife Spotting

I don't know the name of this plant but it is growing everywhere in the garden, it scrambles through and clings to anything and everything as you can see from the photos. In the second and third pics, it's attached itself to some kind of insects 'run' up a Areca palm trunk with a 30cm tendril.
My landlady often picks the young leaves and adds them to soup.
