found along Blue Ridge Parkway, Stuart VA. Found in wooded area along side a creek

The only reason I know what it is (or close enough) is because I spotted the same flower near where I live yesterday! First time I've seen one. :)
Thanks for your suggestion. I was thinking that it was in the Iris family but haven't had an opportunity to research it!
You may have a different name for it in the States, but hopefully the link will help. :) Great spotting.
