You may want to put this in the "Interaction between insects" mission http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8016872 This unfortunate caterpillar (which seems to be one of the large moths in the Superfamily Bombycoidea) has been infected with Microgastrinae Parasitic wasps' larva. The eggs are placed in the caterpillar they feed on the insides then pop out of the skin and build their cocoons (the white things in your pic).
