Field Notes

Description:

This guy has been frequenting our house lately, he is not the falcon that we're used to. The crows don't even mess with him.

Habitat:

We are in the High Desert Victorville area. Off of the very dry Mojave River

Notes:

As an added piece of info., this is the most vocal bird of prey I've ever heard/seen around here. Have a 06 second video clip which contains the audio of the very distinctive screech of this bird. But unable to post video of any size.
There are many Red tailed hawks around here. This doesn't appear to be one, but without the ability to see the photo in it's "live" format. It's hard to say.
