Description:

Dew covered, clear or see-through fungi found early in the morning on a foggy day growing in the grass. By afternoon, they were gone.

lightworkerpeace-I don't think either works, unless there's a version I haven't seen on the internet. To me they appeared more Japanese Parasol or Pleated Inky Cap in style/shape but without the coloring, as these were clear or see-through...Thank you! :-)
jdbco2001-You're right. They do look a bit similar however, I'm not sure we'd have the same fungi as Florida...Our summer was quite hot, humid and tropical feeling though so...you could be on to something. Thank you!!!
