The difference in the species,is in the underside forewing spots, which are not clear in the picture. Eurema sp. is the safe ID for now.
You should count the spots near the base of the front wings. I see it has only one spot.
One spot = Eurema andersonii Two spots = Eurema hecabe Three spots = Eurema blanda
I think this is indeed Common Grass Yellow. If it was Three-spot, then the three black spots on the forewing near basal should be visible as they are here: https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1424541867
It's more like Common Grass Yellow... Do you possibly have a clearer pic?
