Wildlife Spotting

These pinkish red waxy looking orbs are a mystery. Perhaps a growth, eggs, nest or feces, There is a spider web in the picture and fibrous brown hairs attached to the orbs and wall. The location is on about 3m up an outside wall tucked under the ceiling. Each orb is probably about one mm in size.
