Thanks Chesterb. I didnt know which species yur pic corresponds to. It seems that either Tremella or Dacrymyces species occur in my country for what you say, thanks. Ive seen this in Abies religiosa and Sambucus nigra quite often.
I am not sure which species you are referring to, D. palmatus' range does extend into Mexico, this specimen is likely a Tremella spp. as LWP suggested and there are representative species of that genus in Mexico.
