Alright.well I don't have any other picture of this fly but its pretty common around here.I shall get a few more pics and upload them as soon as I can.thank you :-)
Neat spot! Welcome to Project Noah! Though I don't know the species in your area, I would say that this is a species of fly from Family Syrphidae. If you have any other views of this little fly (like of the back) it would be helpful for identification purposes. A lot of the species look similar and have only minor differences in pattern or color.
