Orange, yellow, black, and grey spider out by my tropical fish pond.

Habitat:

Desert of El Paso.

Notes:

Is it poisonous?

The angle it's at is difficult. Been hanging around the pond for about 2-3 weeks now. I'll keep an eye out for you though.
If you had a dorsal (top) view of this spider, I could confirm if it's the New Mexico orb weaver, Neoscona oaxacensis.
It's an orb weaver. No, it's not venomous. :)
