Probably not in this case...But it could be an accidently cross -pollination! I'll check it anyway :)
Haha...that's alright... :) anyways could it actually be hybrid? the plant's rather short.
I've corrected my comment @Ruchats! I thought I was commenting on a poppy at the Botanic gardens in Christchurch NZ, my mistake ! Anyway, it's definitely a poppy :)

yup...growing in the wild...but brought it home...lemme check ...hopefully i might've another pic of the plant.
