Description:

Tiny little insect approx. 2mm long. On the new growth of Hardenbegia violaceae, reminds me of a deep sea fish.

Some very similar looking critters to the Dictyopharidae nymph bayucca, but I can't find anything that quite matches......
Fulgoroidea. Maybe Dictyopharidae nymph??
