Yes, I agree. You can also see the black, rounded ears that are characteristic of opossums. The photo at 12:09 gives you the best look at the fur. They generally have more of a fuzzy fur texture than raccoons (which could be similar in size).
The short tail is furry at the base, then hairless. I think it's an opossum with most of it's tail missing.
