Found these strange little shells (about 2 mm) on my window.

ChiefRedEarth, I searched but it doesn't look like barnacle and moreover they say barnacles are exclusively marine. I'm still wondering what it is!
Is this called barnacle that sticks to plane surface like rocks and wooden planks?
These golden eggs are very pretty.
