On a fence near my house.

If it has a small makc like a thick line on the side on the neck, it mighht be a turtle dove.
The mourning dove I took was more thin and had a brighter color. That's why I'm not sure about this bird. I even did a presentation on this, so I have doubts.

I might be wrong though.
I think that's a mourning dove. I have a picture of one. I posted that up. I found the dove in Namsan Botanical Garden.
