Wildlife Spotting

These two bright yellow mushrooms were found approximately a yard apart at the edge of my yard, just barely in the woods. Approximately 5" in diameter, waxy looking and pretty substantial. One appears to have a bite taken out of it. Hope a furry critter didn't get a tummy ache!
