Do you have any images of the rest of this plant (leaves, etc.)? On initial viewing, I think this looks a lot like Siberian Squill, Scilla sibirica. https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/flower/siberian-squill (I know it says for Minnesota, but the page has good info and images, plus a US map).
