Liam, I was about to say that!
Do you have more photos? Coloration and lack of an eyering make it appear almost like a Tennessee Warbler, which is an out-of-range species. Orange-crowned is more likely, and I see no wingbars, but it's best to keep Tennessee as a possibility just in case.
