YEP they look like eggs of lacewings..
I only know one insect making these kind of eggs: Lacewings. There might be others? If there are fungi I suggest you consider buying a new car, are these miles or kilometers ;-)... http://www.alexanderwild.com/keyword/insect%20eggs/i-mcqmqsQ/A
