These are definitely lacewing eggs, so if that is the focus of your spotting, then the category should be changed to Arthropods. Thanks! :-)

I agree with Anna, they are certainly not flowers or part of any plant.

i do not think they are lacewing bc they do not appear to be oval in shape but it has petals
