Field Notes

Description:

This spider made a home under some cardboard on my dresser. He ate bugs that were attracted to a nearby lamp. He lived in my room for most of the summer, but at the end of the season he mysteriously disappeared. I examined his tunnel web fully and there was no sign of him, only some wrapped up insect remains.

He was probably about the size of a quarter with his legs stretched out.
