A good confirmation of ID for this is to rip a leaf and smell it. It definitely lives up to its name of "garlic" mustard. :/ lol. I'd include it in a sensory hike for kids when I was an environmental educator. A fun, common plant.
A little bitter when in bloom, but sometimes a delicious edible wild food.
