The distribution seems inconsistent with the latter and more the former to me, but I have little to no knowledge of fungi. I'll continue research about it. Thanks for helping me get closer to it.
On a second thought and a better look, it's Xerocomellus Chrysenteron (Red Cracking Bolete)
